Seems like most of my journal entries are me having been gone a long time, but wow, it's really been long since I posted here! If I have any followers left, here's what's been going on for the past four years! I started studying game design and game art, like five years ago or something. Been doing it ever since. Somewhere around here I get too swamped to do anything but game art. First journal entry since I changed town, school and (judging by the dialect down here) country. Everything's fine down here! I got my own apartment (that I OWN, not rent!), and the new school is awesome. We started our first game project two weeks into the term, and we're currently in the middle of creating a text based adventure with the programmers and level designers. School eats time though; we're here from 9AM to 6PM every day, sometimes more if the project demands it. Still, that's eight hours every day that I practice art and graphics!

Alright, so for all of you who don't actually talk to me a lot in person; I'm leaving this island next week, which means I'll be switching school. Again. The reasons are many, but the biggest issue is my disappointment in this education. ALL of our teachers have quit and been replaced by less useful replacements, leaving the programme with barely any competent teachers at all. Adding that to all the cutbacks and the awful information makes for a hollow education. It's not been a waste though, even besides all the awesome people I've gotten to know the past year.
